Garmin's new watches keep the battery alive for 320 stubborn hours

Three hundred and twenty hours. That's not a typo, and it's not a weekend warrior's dream. Garmin just looked at the charging cable and said, "Maybe later." The most frustrating moment for a sports watch to fail is when you need it most: halfway through a long route with no easy way back. This thing burrows into the ultra-endurance niche and refuses to surface. It's the kind of battery life that makes you wonder if they accidentally strapped a tiny diesel engine to the back. We're gently skeptical of any spec that sounds too good, but this one checks out on paper. If you're circling the drain on charging anxiety, this is the closest we've seen to a cure.
