Hens comb is turning purple

Hello, my mothers chickens comb is turning purple. Apparently she hasn’t been laying eggs for weeks so we initially thought it was a stuck egg, but we soaked her in warm water and epsom salt for a good half hour and nothing came of it. Doesn’t appear she has been pooping either. Has not been eating or drinking aswell. Very lethargic the past few days and is very indifferent to many things. We’ve separated her and gave her water with electrolytes today. Does anyone know what is happening and if there are any solutions? Thank you!
