day for night help

I’m a student photographer, and working on my spring final. i’m doing a shoot based on the tv show “i am not okay with this” and my final image is supposed to be my model, covered in blood, wandering down a street looking stunned

What im running into is that my model has been largely unavailable during the night time, and i’m left with less than a week to shoot this. would it be possible to get a similar effect to the reference photo during the daytime ? (around 4pm)

I have an ND filter and on + off camera strobes (my own godox v1 and godox ad200, the school can give me ad400s if i stay on their property)

would this be possible or should i pivot for my final image?
