Microsoft Excel (365 DesktopApp) printing issues
Someone knows this isse:
Server 2025 RDS Host and local W11 clients, both with the same behaviour.
One (and the same) printer is shared several times, with different default settings (colour, duplex, etc). So the users dont want to change the printing settings in the drivers dialog, they just want the select another printer (with is the same) but with another settings.
In EVERY application (Word, Outlook, Chrome, 3rdParty ERP..) everything works one.
Only in Excel, when you choose another printer, it wont refresh the printer settings. So when the default printer was colour and then you change to the printer with Black/White in the defaults - it keeps the first settings. It won't refresh the settings when its the same printer driver.
Already tried differnt drivers..i have no further idea.
Anyone knows that issue? Or probably a solution?
