Ulta, I got a bone to pick with you…

So there I was on Saturday night, taking advantage of the sale. And I’m about to checkout when the sale prices suddenly disappear ! And it’s only 10:15!! So I do what anyone would, reach out to customer service (even if I did have to start with the chat bot). Once I get to a human and explain my frustration, they let me know that sales only run through Central Time, I’m on Pacific Time. 🫠 Normally, I wouldn’t be a big complainer about this stuff, but NOWHERE on the site does it say that the sale time frame is set through Central Time. It just says “April 18th” and my calendar says April 18th sooo you can see how any consumer would assume that that means until local time. I’m not even asking for much, just to honor the prices that were advertised through said date. Fast forward to today and at this point I’ve talked to three different people about this, and they all give me the same scripted answer, along with the “thanks for the feedback!”

First world problems and I’m still gonna shop there, but I’m very, VERY disappointed in this. Especially when it was still within the hour, and technically on the same day!!
