Low tension ways of sleeping with a blowout?

I have naturally curly hair, and throughout the year I tend to blow it out once a week and wear it as straight.

Typically, I sleep with my hair either wrapped or in a high bun since these two seem to maintain my blowout the best. However, these two methods aren’t the healthiest ways to sleep with hair and seem to cause a lot of tension. I try to alternate the direction I wrap my hair in and try not to do these styles too tightly, but still am a bit worried about them.

I can’t sleep with my hair just down since I’ll wake up to it trying to curl or looking a bit frizzy.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve tried a heatless curling rod (like the robe ones), and it somewhat worked. The issue what that all my hair clumped into one big curl, even though I kept brushing through my hair and trying to fluff it out
