Everyone talks about conditioning and oiling your strands and everything, but no one talks about the hair on your scalp. Mine is so damn frizzy with stray hairs that look like a wild animal, while my ends are smooth and wavy from conditioner. What should I do about my scalp? I have thick frizzy hair.
