Need advice from wavy hair girls. UGH HUMIDITY!!

I recently just discovered how wavy my hair is. (Picture included) I like in a climate that is very dry in the winter, and very humid in the summer. During the winter, I can make my wavy hair look nice, but with the dry air it’s not SUPER wavy. In the summer humidity, my hair gets really wavy. The only issue is that I am having a hard time keeping my hair from getting frizzy when it’s humid out. If I use a curl cream, my waves are too weighed down. I’ve tried every curl cream and get the same results I’ll attach a picture of my hair, with little to no frizz.
