body oil makes my hair look wet??

hello beautiful people, so ive recently noticed that every single time i put body oil on my chest or my shoulders, and keep my hair down, it literally always sticks to my skin and then ends up look oily which is obviously not where i want the oil to be ughh, id love to wear my body oil and also have my hair down have u guys had this issue before and if you did, how did you fix it please
