Silkie chicks toe

Yesterday my daughter noticed our chicks toe looked like it was about to come off, after closer inspection I could see that one of my hairs was wrapped around it very tightly. We soaked it in Epsom salts twice and removed most of the strand of hair, I hope. I put the pet antibacterial spray stuff on and the correct kind of triple antibiotic but this morning it has a greenish tint to it and I don’t think it looks any better. I don’t know what more to do and I’m worried it’s infected and will kill her. Any suggestions welcome! So far we’ve dealt with skin wounds and have been successful but this is different I fear.
