Hair Washing Routine’s

Hi all! Just a quick question for the girls who only wash their hair 1-2 times a week, I’ve recently decided to colour my hair red and noticed it’s fading very quickly.

I’ve seen people talk about only washing it 1-2 times a week obviously most people have showers everyday or every other day, now my question is when you guys have your regular shower are you still rinsing your hair between washes or just leaving it dry?
