“Montreal: doctor vs med spa for Botox/fillers — what’s actually better? + pricing?”

Hi all,

I live in Montreal and I’m starting to seriously consider Botox and maybe a bit of filler (first time), and I’d love some advice from those who’ve already been down this road.

Would you recommend going to a medical doctor (derm/plastic surgeon) over a reputable med spa?

For those of you who’ve had good results, where did you go?

Also, what’s a realistic price range these days (per unit for Botox / per syringe for filler), also what type?

I’m trying to approach this in a safe, informed way, so any insight or red flags to watch out for would be super appreciated 🙏
