Aegean Airlines vs Sky Express (Greece)

I’ll be flying from Corfu to Athens this June. From what I’ve seen my only options are Aegean Airlines and Sky Express. The price is basically the same once I include 1 checked bag, and the flight times are pretty much the same too (only a 5-minute difference).

I’ve seen some pretty bad reviews of Sky Express, especially when it comes to delayed or lost luggage. That’s what's worrying me the most, since I’ll be flying back home the next day, so I really don’t want to deal with baggage delays or worst case scenario it getting lost.

My friends have already booked Sky Express (they’ll be traveling with a carry-on only), but since the flight times are so close, I could book Aegean and we’d still arrive at basically the same time.

I’ve never flown with either before, so I don’t have any personal experience to go off. Which one would you recommend in this situation?
