Why is her comb black like that

This is nugget. She’s 5 weeks old and a Rhode Island red. One day a week or 2 back I noticed a spot on her upper beak had turned black and now as of the last few days the tip of her comb has also turned black. Does anyone know what this could mean? Ignore the mildly bad pics she wouldn’t sit still so I had to hold her down with my hand.
