What to wear with these type of dresses when I want to cover my arms? (year round)

Hey everyone

I really want to get one of these dresses (or something similar) but I just really, really don't want my arms to be completely bare. I'm obese, and I think I might have lipedema. It's just a giant insecurity of mine, and the majority of cute clothes seem to feature really short sleeves :/ When a dress has straps, I just wear a blouse underneath, but that's not always an option. Especially not in summer. What do you people think?? Any ideas??
