tried framebridge for a couple photos... am i overthinking the mail in part?

i ended up ordering frames for 2 photos after seeing them come up a bunch and now im second guessing mailing stuff in lol. like logically i know it's probably fine but also.... its my stuff. how does that part actually work and is the quality legit or just convenience?
