want to bleach eyebrows, is sally hansen good?

i’ve bleached my eyebrows several times before but just with regular hair bleach. i know that isn’t really good for your skin so i wanted to try out bleach that is more okay for your face but i am worried if it will actually get my eyebrows blonde. will sally hansen bleach cream for facial and body hair get my brows blonde? i’ve only see people talking about it getting their brows light brown. or can i bleach twice to get the color i want?
