I think my brows were laminated incorrectly

Hi! I joined the sub specifically to seek some advice on this. (Please excuse mistakes, this is not my first language)

I got my brows laminated and tinted with henna for the first time 4 days ago. They did look good but I feel that they are a little brittle. I read that is normal for them to get softer within the weeks but I also read they should be soft by now and they just feel weird, like if I sprayed hairspray on them.

I'm not sure how to proceed: How can I get them soft again or at least nurish them? I don't expect them to inmediatly go back to how they were and I think this is meant to last like 6 weeks and they do look good but I feel like they were not properly done and my hairs are damaged :(
