Brazilian wax gone wrong

So I bought myself an at home waxing kit because I don’t feel like spending 100 dollars a month to get myself waxed… I’m using the Gigi soft wax and the wax is STUCK to the hair. I applied it in the direction of hair growth, pulled in the opposite and the wax just will NOT come up. I’m stuck sitting here with was stuck to me that wont come up and idk what to do. Please someone help me
