Anyone else in a crisis with photography?

Since a while, with image optimization and AI tools so widely spread, I notice that I don't take photos serious anymore.

Whenever I see a 'strong' image somewhere, I'd glance at it and think "Well, artificial anyway" and wouldn't occupy myself with it as I used to.

I just can't take any photographic picture serious anymore. Somehow, photography is not functioning anymore for me. It has become arbitrary.

Is it because of the sheer amount? Because of digital, or AI?

Anyone else experiences the same? What is your mileage?
