Finding Fashion Brands without Social Media

In general I want to find good brands to shop from. Anything that isn’t fast fashion. You’re getting good quality clothes. All that good stuff, where do people find these places from?

Now this leads to the next part of my question, how do you do this without social media? I want to stop using social media (TikTok/IG) but those are the places I am able to find these brands. But at the same time they share horrible brands.
