Deleting an entire row from a different workbook

I thought I got my code in order. But when I tried it, it failed miserably.

My question is, how do I delete an entire row with a given cell value from a different workbook.

The catch is, the rows have vertically merged cells.

I tried approaching it via select cells but to no avail. I can't select a row from a different workbook
