Opinion on this work outfit?

Hello all!

I need some advice on this work outfit.

I’m not sure if I should take these pants to a tailor to make them longer.

Also, because of my work, I have to wear flats, but I’m unsure about the color and style. I’m not super stoked on my current selection 😅

Any suggestions would be amazing!
