How is there so much variation? They all have the exact same mom and dad.

Not counting the older one, all the little ones are from the exact same clutch of eggs, so the exact same mom and dad. I see so many posts asking what breed theirs are going off how they look, and it confuses me because mine have to all be same breed but none of them look identical, even as newborns(2nd pic). I am so confused
