Create a snapshot of a sharepoint file and unlink
Hi,
I have a spreadsheet on a SharePoint site that is used by my team. I have a second file on the same SharePoint that pulls some data using a FILTER command. I need to share this second file with people who do not have access to the SharePoint.
I have tried 'save a copy', and save it to a network drive location, and then email the copy to all viewers, but the file still warns that it cannot update links whenever one of those users opens the file. Is there any way to create a version that does not try to update?
The file I send needs to be filterable, and also has editable columns for them to send comments and feedback.
Any ideas?
