LET Statement doesn't work
I am using Using Microsoft Home and Student 2021. LET statements haven't been a problem. I originally typed this formula and I get "There's a problem with this formula"
| =LET(c1, G2,c2, H2,raw, c1 + c2,aces, (c1=11) + (c2=11),raw - 10 * MAX(0, MIN(aces, ROUNDUP((raw-21)/10,0)))) |
|---|
But if I type this as:
=LET(
card1, B2,
card2, B4,
raw, card1 + card2,
aces, (card1=11) + (card2=11),
raw - 10 * MAX(0, MIN(aces, ROUNDUP((raw-21)/10,0)))
)
it works.
Why? I've never run into a short variable name bombing a formula out. (copy-paste into your Excel to see if I'm nuts maybe? And thank you).
