Average numbers in column based on 8-hour day
hi.
I'm new to Excel, but I have a sheet where I track the average deadline time in days and also the average turnaround time, in days, for writing assignments I receive. For each, I use the simple =AVERAGE(K36:K998) formula.
Measuring in days has become inefficient, though. I'd like to average each in hours, based on an 8-hour shift instead. I'm sure it's a simple thing, I just don't know what it is.
All help appreciated.
