I need to print 6x? and 3x? tables output by excel and have them be legible

Hi, I use a program at work that will output text into two separate excel tables. One of them is 6 columns by X amount of rows (can be any #), and the other is 3 columns by X amount of rows. When I print these tables, sometimes the contents go off the page and it prints terrible. I need to find a way have the columns be a set width, and if the text exceeds it have it go below and make the box bigger (not sure if that makes any sense).

I have tried watching some youtube videos and playing around with the settings to no avail. I have also tried printing landscape, which helps sometimes but not always. I have a picture of an example what is being put into excel. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!

6 x ?

3 x ?
