Matching calendars with sales data

Hi all, first time posting here.

In one table, I have client, item, week start date, week end date, and then sales values for that week.

In another table, on a separate sheet, i have, for each client and item, a period during which we ran a sale on the items, as well as the discount value.

The end goal is to match the weekly sales data with whether or not there was a discount in that period, using the rule that if a week has more than 4 days on discount, it counts as discount week (yes or no) and then in a 2nd column pulls the discount value and discount code (individual identifiers)

Any ideas how to do this?

Since i have multiple items/clients, i made a key that matches in both sheets, with client | item name for each week to make the matching easier.
