got a headshot next week. googled what to wear. every article is the same copy paste garbage. "wear a navy blazer." "stick to neutrals." "keep it simple."

bro its 2026. women run companies in wrap dresses and statement earrings. a deep green blouse can look more powerful than any navy blazer. a fitted turtleneck reads as more confident than a full suit. even a structured jacket with some personality beats the boring blazer 100% of the time

but sure lets all keep dressing like corporate hostages for a photo thats 400x400 pixels on linkedin. makes sense
