Could redirecting returns directly to buyers reduce fashion waste?
I’ve been looking into how many returned clothing items end up being liquidated, or even just discarded due to logistics costs.
If a returned item is like-new and still in demand, would you personally be open to buying it directly at a discount instead of it going back through a warehouse system?
Curious whether people see this as:
• A meaningful sustainability improvement
• Or just another resale channel
Would love thoughts.
