How to convert multiple rows of data per person into 1 row across columns
I have a large data set where employee cost centres are split by rows eg
row 1 - employee 1, name, cost centre, cost centre %
Row 2 - employee 1, name, cost centre, cost centre %
Where each employee can have anywhere from 1 to 5 rows each.
I need to convert it into 1 row per person with columns of Employee Number, Employee Name, Cost Centre 1, Cost Centre 1 %, Cost Centre 2, Cost Centre 2% etc.
Is there an easy way to convert this?
TIA
