Create scatter plot that changes colors based on value?

Hi again all,

I'm trying to create a tracking system of our past due customers. I'm creating daily data that fits these catgegories as follows:

Dark Blue: 0-500

Light Blue 501-1000

Dark Green 1001-1500

Light Green 1501-2000

Yellow 2001-2500

Orange 2501-3000

Red 3001+

So today, we had 1070 Past Due Customers. I'm trying to create a scatter plot based on my data that will automatically color this point Light Green, as it fits within that range.

Tomorrow if we somehow have 3500 past due customers, I'd want that point to be red. My sample isn't cutting it.

Any tips/advice? (Yes, I know my date axis is a mess, it's all in progress)

Sample data below:
