Find Value to the Left

Is there a formula that will look up a value in a row and return the value to the left. The value to find is in a different column on each row. And if that value isn't in the row then return itself. I’m familiar with Xlookup but that doesn't work because the value is in different locations depending on the row. I've tried If statements, but I'm stuck on pulling the value to the left. Thank you.

Here's an example of the data. Actual data is about 3,500 rows.
