Chicken dumping

Someone on my other app caught this A-hole just dumping this chicken. I ended up tagged in the post and at 7 and half months pregnant high risk for up at 8:30-9pm in the freezing cold 5 degree weather and hunted for the chicken. I found the chicken perched in a bunch of pricker bushes. I had to trudge through that cut myself up. It’s an aggressive rooster with frostbite comb that was bleeding. I have a potential person interested in him as we aren’t allowed roosters where we live. Have him isolating from the flock until I know it’s safe as well. I have a strong feeling he was used for fighting but I’m hoping I’m wrong.
