Need to clone a table and update data validation automatically

Hi Reddit - I’m building something for another department at work that is meant to be a template and I’m at a sticking point. I have a table on a sheet that uses defined names for data validation.

They need to be able to clone the table multiple times onto a different sheet with some surrounding formatting + formulas onto the next blank line. Ideally they’d be able to add lines to the table and the number of blank lines after the table would stay the same.

I’d also like to automatically create new defined names that automatically reference the new sheet name.

I know VBA is my best option with the tools I have but I am terrible at VBA and the tutorials I’ve found don’t meet all the conditions I need.

Any direction or help is appreciated!
