Printing an Excel sheet 5 columns, the column 1 is numbers and isn't printing

This is my mom's Excel file. She asked me why it isn't printing the numbers in the first column. I can't see anything obvious about why it isn't printing, but I don't know enough about Excel to know what to look for. The columns are numbers (1-46), then Name, Home Phone, Cell Phone, and email address.

I don't know what version she's using, but I'm using Microsoft 365 and am current.

Any help? Thank you in advance!
