How to quickly delete specific rows in Excel (large dataset)
Hi everyone!
I’m currently cleaning a large dataset in Excel and running into an issue. There are specific rows across my columns that I need to delete, but manually selecting and deleting each row one by one is way too time-consuming given the size of the data.
For example, in the screenshot I’ve attached, the highlighted rows are the ones I want to remove. These rows follow a pattern, but I’m not sure of the most efficient way to bulk delete them without going through each row individually.
Does anyone have tips or methods (filters, formulas, shortcuts, etc.) for deleting specific rows quickly in Excel? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
