Setting up Conditional Formatting
I'm having trouble working out how to get conditional formatting to work for what I need. So basically I will have 4 separate numbers (shown as a percentile) that could range from 0% - 100%. Now i want each number to change colour based on where it is in regards to 0-100. Now if i select all 4 cells and format them to have red for 0% and green for 100% then the highest number is always green. And the lowest number, even if its say 78%, is red. And if i format each cell independently then they always come out green, regardless of the number. So how do I get each cell to play by my rules?
