Create a mixed column pattern in excel

Hi,

I have this: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9...n in columns (A1) : (An) respectively

I want a FORMULA (not a copy/cut/paste solution) that can return this: 1,2,3,TEXT,4,5,6,TEXT,7,8,9,TEXT, etc.

Any help is much appreciated!
