Formula needed (Adding Months to a Specific Month)

Last Inspection Month / Frequency of Inspections
November Semi-annual
January Monthly
October Semi-annual
November Quarterly

Based on column A and Column B, I want to create a Column C named “Next Inspection Month”, and I’m having issues in creating the right formula.
I have tried using the EDATE function, but because I’m not inputting a specific date it is not helping me.
