Holding someone in a high frequency does not mean ignoring reality or tolerating misalignment. It means staying anchored in your own state, from where reality meets you. When you are truly grounded in your highest vibration, you don’t collapse into disappointment or reaction. You don’t try to fix, correct or manage others. You lead yourself. From that place, you stop meeting people at their lower expression, because you’re no longer resonant with that energy. You meet people at a higher level of their soul, because that's what resonates with you. Lower expressions become irrelevant to your field. Like a frequency you’re no longer tuned to and can't receive. And that’s when you realize your work was never about changing others, it was about staying true to the frequency you choose to live from and everything else rearranges. ❤️
