Looking for Missing xslx.url Excel Sheet that Disappeared Twice

Hi everyone,

Looking to solve a mystery. A family member is trying to save an excel sheet and it keeps disappearing. When I look for it on onedrive I can find it if I type it in the search bar, and it's in the right folder, but the URL seems to be broken completely. Can be shared, but isn't in the recycle bin. I understand it happening once, but this is the second time and she's really frustrated. Think I'll just recommend turning off the auto upload, but any advice on why this keeps happening would be appreciated!
